Chocolate Chex®
6cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
3tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3cup corn syrup
1/4cup cocoa powder
1cup berry blend dried fruit
2ounces premium white chocolate or 1/4 cup vanilla milk chips

Berry blend is a premium variety of dried blueberries, raspberries, cranberries and cherries. The bright color and flavor of these fruits is perfect in this snack mix. If you can't find it, substitute dried cherries or cranberries.
Preparation Directions
1.Measure cereal in large microwaveable bowl. In 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup, microwave butter on High 30 seconds or until melted; stir in corn syrup and cocoa. Microwave on High 30 secondes or until mixture is boiling. Pour over cereal until coated.
2.Microwave on High about 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in dried cherries. Pour onto waxed-paper or foil-lined pan.
3.Microwave white chocolate or chips on High about 30 seconds to 1 minute, until they can be stirred smooth. Pour into small zip-type bag, snip tiny corner and drizzle over top. Store tightly covered.
